  • What is Platform Username?
    Platform Username is the username you filled in when activating your Qinglong Panel on our platform. It is used for panel restart, reset, renewal, migration and accessing your panel. Do not confuse it with your Qinglong Panel login username. Your panel access link is always our website address + your Platform Username, example: https://RentQL.CN/Your Platform Username .
  • How to renew my Qinglong Panel?
    Please go to Top NavigationRenew Panel, or click here. Service will stop immediately after expiration. Please renew in advance to avoid interruption!
  • What to do if dependency installation fails?
    You usually need to change the mirror source to fix installation failures. Please check Top NavigationDependency Installation, or click here
  • I forgot my Qinglong Panel password, what should I do?
    Please go to Top NavigationPanel OperationRecover Password, or click here. Enter your platform username and email to retrieve your password.
  • How to change Qinglong Panel version?
    Please go to Top NavigationPanel OperationReset Panel, or click here. Please do NOT update inside Qinglong Panel directly, it may cause panel crash and failure to access!
  • Panel cannot be accessed, stuck or reports errors?
    If the panel is stuck, reports errors or cannot be opened, first try Restart Panel in Panel Operation (no data loss).
    If the problem remains, please reset panel. Too many scripts or tasks may cause this issue. You can upgrade panel configuration (available on renewal page) or rent multiple panels to split tasks and reduce resource usage.
  • Cannot log in after restoring backup?
    Your panel login username and password will be replaced with the ones inside the backup file. If you cannot remember them, use Recover Password in Panel Operation to retrieve credentials.
  • Page cannot open after restoring backup?
    Different Qinglong versions are not fully compatible with each other. Restoring cross-version backups may cause system damage. Please use Reset Panel in Panel Operation to reinitialize your panel.
  • Panel fails to open after updating inside Qinglong?
    Do NOT update Qinglong inside the panel directly, it will cause system failure. The correct way to switch versions is using Reset Panel in top navigation. If you have already updated inside the panel, please reset panel to restore service.
  • Dependency installation keeps failing?
    First check if the dependency name is correct. Refer to Dependency Installation to change mirror source (Huawei Cloud Mirror is recommended for Python).
    Some dependencies take a long time to install. If no failure prompt appears, please wait 5-10 minutes and refresh the page.
  • Pricing and available rental periods?
    We offer Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly plans. Annual plan enjoys 15% discount (final price subject to purchase page).
    You will receive renewal reminder via email 3 days before expiration to prevent service suspension.
  • What automated tasks are supported?
    Our rental service provides full-featured Qinglong Panel, including:
    Scheduled tasks, script management, dependency installation, environment variables and more for general automation scenarios such as auto check-in, data statistics.
    Panel versions are updated regularly to ensure compatibility.
  • Do I need to prepare my own server?
    No!
    Server resources are included in our rental service. No extra server purchase or maintenance required. Get started right after payment, 24/7 stable online.
  • Do I need to keep PC or mobile online all the time?
    No!
    Your Qinglong Panel runs on our server cluster independently. You do not need to keep your local device online. Just log in via browser or our APP when needed. Scripts run stably regardless of your local device status.
  • Multiple panels get logged out mutually?
    Use different browsers!
    Logging into multiple panels in one browser will cause automatic logout due to security restrictions. Please use separate browsers for each panel.
  • What happens to my data after service expires?
    We will keep your panel data for 3 days after expiration. You can renew anytime within this period to restore service.
    All data will be automatically cleared after 3 days and cannot be recovered. Please renew on time.
  • What can Qinglong Panel do?
    Qinglong Panel is a powerful scheduled task manager supporting JavaScript, Python and other scripts. It is mainly used for auto check-in, monitoring and other automated tasks. Please ensure all your scripts and usage are legal and compliant. Do not use for illegal activities.
  • Why do tasks fail to execute?
    Common reasons:
    1. Script syntax errors or missing dependencies;
    2. Target website updated and interfaces expired;
    3. Network fluctuation or IP restriction.
    Please check logs, update scripts or contact the script author for support.
  • Can I upgrade panel performance?
    Yes! Choose higher tiers (Gold / Platinum / Diamond) on renewal page. The system will calculate price difference for remaining time and apply upgrade immediately.
  • Can I migrate to another node?
    Yes! Gold, Platinum and Diamond plans support node migration. Use Panel Migration in Panel Operation. Please backup all data before migration!
